Christmas Gifts Under £10 – Part 1 – Christmas 2011

Got a lot of people to buy for? trying to find some nice little bits and pieces to go under the tree or perhaps in a stocking? Or perhaps, you’ve spent so much money on a couple of really impressive presents that you don’t have much budget left for other bits and pieces.

..Or maybe you just need a few ideas for secret santa gifts?

Have no fear! If you know where to look and shop around it’s possible to buy some price defying bits and bobs for under £10.

Here’s a few ideas to get you started..

1) Juliana Glass Range Of Pretty Things

The Juliana Glass Range contains a selection of exquisite little trinkets that are perfect for so many of those awkward to buy for scenarios. Perfect as secondary gifts for girlfriends, friends, relatives, Kids and so on. You can’t really go wrong with gift sets. They can literally be purchased for anyone and whilst they might not be the most exciting gift they will get used. If you’re looking for something under £10 you’re going to need to avoid the expensive brands but there are plenty of other great gift sets available. Our favourite for 2011 has got to be the Bomb Cosmetics Mistletoe Kiss Gift Set. It’s more interesting than most and contains a “Chilly Willy Blaster”, something that’s sure to get a giggle!

3) A Book, Maybe An Autobiography

Celebrities, be it A-list or Z-list are lining up at Xmas trying to sell you their latest autobiography. Everyone seems to have one, even Justin Bieber and he’s just out of Pampers! So if you’ve got a hard to buy for friend, relative or work colleague who likes someone or something you’re bound to be able to find them a book. Amazon is a safe place to start and stocks a vast range of Autobiographies.

4) Blu-Ray and DVD’s

Another safe bet and with so much choice you’re sure to be able to find something. Blu-Rays have really come down in price over the last year which means  you can pick up some great films in “double play” packs that contain both DVD and Blu-Ray versions for under £10. Our favourites at the moment have got to be the Disney films such as Beauty and The Beast, Bambi, Tron and Toy Story 3 all of which are available here for less than a tenner.

5) Don’t Forget The Lego

In an age of video games and digital entertainment Lego is still a fantastic stocking filler. Maybe you’ve got a Star Wars fan in your office and need a secret Santa, look no further than Lego. Or perhaps you just need a stocking filler that’s going to keep a hyperactive kid busy for a few hours on Christmas morning whilst you’re sorting out the Xmas day feast, again Lego comes to the rescue.
